// **24-06-2007 -**// It's almost the end of my internship and my exchange in France. My internship finishes on 31st July. My parents will arrive on 1st August in Paris, and we'll travel together until 18th August (when we'll get the flight back to Brazil). I'm really looking forward to being with them again. Furthermore, the longer I stay here in France, I get more interested in Brazilian culture, and I see how great our country is. How full of cultures, rythms, beautiful places... Here in France, I've also discovered a passion by rythms such as Bossa-Nova and Jazz, which are intimaly related. I've also developed a passion by instruments such as the piano, the pandeiro and the sanfona, which I think they could make a good trio in a concert (something like Luiz Gonzaga, Jackson do Pandeiro and Tom Jobim together). Hehe!! :-D For me, that's interesting because, when I came here for the exchange, I thought of leaving and working here at least for a period of my life. However, nowadays, I think what I really want is to come back to Brazil, and leave in the Norheast area. Especially, in Bahia, although I don't even know it yet. That's true! I don't know why, but I feel a very compulsive interest in leaving in Bahia. Gotta go there and find out why as soon as possible! ;-)

// **24-06-2007 -**// Last Thursday, 21st June, was the Music Party (Fête de La Musique) in France. The singer and composer Lenine, from Pernambuco-Brazil, was supposed to play here in Villeurbanne, France. However, it rained a lot the day before, so, they cancelled the show. :-( Besides, this weekend we made a great barbecue in Karla's. It was very nice! ;-)

// **24-06-2007 -**// Two weekends ago (9th and 10th June) we visited a very beautiful region in France named [[http://www.ardeche.com/decouverte/index.php|Ardèche]]. It's a good place to do radical sports, such as rafting, climbing... We did cannoying in the Rhône river there! We also visited Ray-Pic cascade and the cave of La Madeleine, which are very nice places. Unfortunately, the water was very cold, though it was a hot weekend there (30 degrees). ;-) This time, we were in just one car, with five people (me, Karla, Pedro, Naiara and Chris). Nice pictures in the blog!

// **27-05-2007 -**// Last weekend (from 17th to 20th May) we made an amazing trip to [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corse|Corsica]]. We were, in total, 25 people from INSA-Lyon (about 15 Brazilians). It was perfect!!! Corsica is a very beautiful place. There, we made 2 boat tours, one in the South (Bonifacio) and another in the North (Calvi) of the French island. We really had fun there! :-D It was the last trip I made with my friends from INSA-Lyon. I'm almost finished with my internship (31st July) and my last trip in Europe will be with my parents, from 1st to 18th August. That's true!! They will come to visit some cities (Paris, London, Venice, Berlin and Madrid) with me. I'm looking forward to seeing them here!! ;-) I hope I'll get tickets to get back to Brazil with them in the same flights. That would be amazing too!!

// **15-04-2007 -**// I've just come back from an amazing trip through East Europe during Easter vacation. We've visited very nice and different places, such as [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vienna|Vienna (Austria)]], [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Budapest|Budapest (Hungary)]], [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krak%C3%B3w|Kraków]] and [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prague|Prague (Czech Republic)]]. We were five Brazilians in a rented car and it was a nine-day trip, from 6th to 15th April. Near Kraków we've also visited the [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auschwitz|Auschwitz concentration camp]] and [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wieliczka_Salt_Mine|Wieliczka Salt Mine]]. In short, Auschwitz is very shocking and Budapest is really amazing!!! Prague is very nice too, but it is very touristic. We found Kraków pretty, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to visit the city itself. Vienna was probably the less interesting city of all, although we've watched an opera/concert in an important palace there. In Budapest, no one should miss the [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_of_Terror|House of Terror]]. ;-)
